Tea Tuesday May - Twining's Pure Peppermint Herbal Tea Review

Hey, guys!  Welcome back for a new Tea Tuesday :)  I've been drinking mostly herbal teas lately and this has been one of my favorites.  It's inexpensive and easy to find.. win, win in my book!

I know we're heading into warmer months, but I had to share this refreshing and minty tea with you.  I chose Twining's Pure Peppermint Herbal Tea for the month of May.

I purchased this fresh tea from Meijer for under $4 and it's WELL worth the price! It's loaded with flavor, but not over powering.  It's just the perfect peppermint taste.

I love to drink this as-is without any added sweeteners.  Plus since it's caffeine free, it's safe to sip on throughout the day.  It's been the go-to pairing in my new Hogwart's travel mug (also found at Meijer AND on clearance!).

Just a quick tea review for you.. if you didn't realize already, I love this tea!  Highly reccomend! You should give it a try!

What are some of your favorite herbal teas?  Let me know down below.. I'm always looking for new suggestions!

I hope you enjoyed!  Feel free to follow my site for future posts.  As always, thanks for stopping by :)  Have a great day and talk with you soon!

Lots of Love,

Life Update - I'm Engaged! My Ring, Aurora & Cookies!

Hey, everyone!  I know, I know, LONG time no post!  It's been a hot minute since by last post in January and I've got some major life updates to share :)

First off, I'm ENGAGED!!  My best friend and other half proposed on January 26th, 2018 :)  Paul and I've been together for over 7 years and I can't wait to make things official.  We decided to keep things secret (except to our immediate family) until my ring was ready.  We had several issues at the jeweler (that's a whole different story!) that resulted in them making my ring 3 TIMES and took an additional 4 weeks to arrive.  Finally in mid March I was able to share the news!  No more hush hush over here!

Like any proud (and nutty!) dog mom, I had to recreate one of those adorable dog engagement photos that are floating all around Pinterest.  Here was my attempt :)  Aurora was a willing participant.. especially with her cookies involved!

Aren't these cookies so cute?  They were a gift from the jeweler after we picked up my ring.  I've never had a cookie with my name on it!  They were delicious.

I'm so excited to plan our tiny winter wedding :)  Paul and I are planning a cozy and simple wedding in Michigan.  Our head count will be less than 20 and we recently booked our venue.

I also found my dress in February when one of my closest friends was in town (thanks Janine!!) and it's absolutely PERFECT.  I was pretty nervous going in because I'm not a dress person and not a fan of white, but in the end, I fell in LOVE with the second dress I tried on.  It's a stunning ballgown with a white lacy bust and textured champagne skirt.. I adore it.  I'm not sharing photos of it yet, but don't worry I will after the wedding!

The wedding is less than 8 months away and I'm pretty happy with the place we're at.  As far as I'm concerned, the most important parts of a wedding are the ring, dress, venue and of course, your best friend to say "I do" with and those are done. :)  Check, check, check and a huge check!

I want to order invitations next and would love to support an artist on Etsy.  If you know anyone that creates wedding invites, please let me know.

Any wedding posts you guys would be interested in?  Leave any requests below.

When I can, I have more blog posts coming soon.  I have some tea reviews, favorites and declutter posts to share.

I hope you enjoyed!  Feel free to follow my site for future posts.  As always, thanks for stopping by :)  Have a great day and talk with you soon!
