1 Week Post Fast - Update + What I Ate


Hello, Again! I hope you are all doing well.  Today marks 1 week since I completed my 3-Day Naked Juice Fast.  If you never read the posts from my fast and you're interested, check out Part 1 and Part 2.  I want to share with you what I've been eating.  I've incorporated healthier foods and plan on keeping it that way.  What we eat affects our bodies in more ways than one.  My energy levels are rising and I've noticed an improvement in my skin.  Here are some examples of what my diet consists of.  It's not perfect, but a huge improvement and I'm loving having fresh fruit again.  Especially those dates---nature's candy, I swear it!


I hope I inspired you to make some changes in your own diet.  It takes only one day at a time and an open mind.. plus healthier stocked foods in place.  If you see them around, you will eat them and the same goes for the not-so-good choices.  De-junk the junk from your counters and life to move closer to a healthier, happier new YOU :)  What are your favorite healthy meal or snack ideas?  Share them below and don't forget to like, share, and follow me if you enjoyed.  Have a great day guys!

    I do need to eat in a more healthy way, so I might try to eat more meals like the ones you've shown in this post :)

    1. Hi Arnella! Me too, I'm loving the Luna Lemon Zest flavored bars but they are the only ones I've tried. What are your favorites?
