FOREVER 21 Haul - Basics & Classic Favorites

Hey, everyone!  Here today with a quick haul from Forever 21 that I ordered online at the end of December.  I love dealing with their website instead of the crazy and often messy F21 stores.  As a new online customer, I received 10% my order when I provided my email address and used a promo-code for free shipping when you spend $50+.  (Do this if you plan on ordering online from them--SO worth it; I promise!)

Forever 21 isn't the fanciest place--I'll be honest--but it is full of affordable options that I love.  I shop their "Not So Basic" Collection which is the bulk of this haul.  It's amazing what $50 can get you and seriously, that's all I spent.  Think of it this way, the more money saved on basics, the more you have to splurge on more expensive must-haves.  Hello, Louis Vuitton :)  I prefer to spend more on makeup and handbags: my favorite way to customize my look.  I would much rather carry a luxurious designer handbag and pair it with classic basics which are more my style anyways.  You know what I mean?  I hope I made sense!

Anyways, moving on to the haul!  Here's the specifics of what I ordered:

Stretch-Knit Tanks in "Walnut" & "Faience"..... $3.90/each
Fitted V-Neck Tee in "Sage"..... $5.90/each
Classic Leggings in "Black" & "Olive"..... $3.90/each
Bodycon Tank Dress in "Indigo"..... $6.90/each
Bodycon Skirt in "Hunter Green"..... $4.90/each
Floral Pattern Crew Socks (Black/Pink)..... $2.50/pair
Fuzzy Knit Sock Pack (Light grey/Cream)..... $4.00/each
Frayed Gauze Scarf in "Blush"..... $6.80/each
Glimmer Thread Knotted Headband (Black/Gold)..... $3.80

That ties up my F21 Haul and I hope you enjoyed.  What are your basic clothing staples?  If you're interested in any of these pieces, I highly suggest you order online and avoid trying to hunt them down in stores.  If you liked this post, please like, comment and follow for more.  You all have a great weekend!

Love ya lots,
Richelle

  1. I wish Forever 21 isn't so overpriced here in Malaysia. It's so ridiculous. I do love some of their dresses though, but really expensive. Pretty grateful we have H&M here – which honestly serves better quality at a lower price.

    1. Hi Michelle! Wow, it's hard to imagine Forever 21 being so expensive. For us in the States, it's literally the cheapest place for women's clothes even if you bought second hand. Good thing you have H&M... I love that store as well! Some of their items are more expensive here, but it kinda depends on what you buy. I agree as well H&M is definitely better quality and that's why I only shop Forever21 for specific items. Thanks for commenting!

  4. Haha F21 is so awesome. I remember when I went to korea and walked by one of the biggest F21 stores and ALL the staff stood outside and bowed whenever someone walked by...soo awkward and weird ahha.

    1. Yes, they do! That's great to hear that they are affordable in Canada as well. Some countries I heard it can be pricey... very hard to imagine! I can't think of a cheaper place for clothing and accessories! Thanks for commenting :)

  8. As much as I love shopping at Forever 21 for their student-friendly prices, I'm not a big fan of the quality of their products. Do you like their leggings? I've always been tempted to try them since they're so cheap but, I feel like they'll be see-through or they'll get over stretched with time.

    1. Hi Joycie! I feel the same what about them too.. I think H&M or even Target's stuff is better quality just a little bit more money. I only shop at F21 for particular things, such as their tank tops which I really do love. Out of this haul I will say the long sleeved shirt, skirt and dress are also decent quality. I will probably buy more in different colors. These items impressed me.

For the leggings, you some what "get what you pay for" unfortunately. I love the color rage and they do run a bit small, so you end up putting more stress on the steams especially on the butt and thighs. As these stretch, washing does bring it back to its shape, but eventually they can't anymore. I hope that made sense! Definitely no where NEAR the quality of Victoria Secret!
