Scents of the Month - February 2017 - Fall in February?!

Hello, everyone!  I wanted to share my current Scents of the Month for February.  I decided to skip this in January, mostly because we didn't have anything new to talk about and were still getting through the festive candles from December.

Now that we are far into February, I finally have some new products to share!  Although winter is still in full swing, most of what you will see is very fall inspired.  I love a cozy environment and what's more warm and toasty then some vanilla or cinnamon?

If you're new to my blog, my boyfriend and I live in a 2-bedroom loft apartment and I love to keep our place smelling nice, but I don't go overboard with too many candles.  On average we have a pair of wallflowers on the main floor along with two candles (living room + guest bath) and one candle upstairs in our loft bedroom.

As always, I'll start with our pair of wallflowers and this month we chose Bath and Body Works Mahogany Teakwood.  The fragrance notes are Rich Mahogany, Black Teakwood and Dark Oak, which really brings a woodsy vibe and it also smells like cologne.  To be honest, this isn't my favorite and it has been a bit strong, but that's okay.

The main candle we have on the first floor is by Tuscany Candle in the scent Vanilla Cinnamon Brûlée.  We keep it on our breakfast bar and we can easily smell it through the entire living/ dining area.  It smells just like dessert-- notes of creamy vanilla with a dash of cinnamon.  We love this one!

The second candle we store is in our downstair's guest bathroom and it is Tuscany Candle Fall Festival... I warned you, I LOVE fall scented candles!  I can't help it!  This smell has such a cozy spicy fragrance and you can really smell the cinnamon as it flows into the hallway.  Plus I love the golden wax!

Moving to up to the loft, we typically have one candle in our master bathroom only.  I chose another Tuscany Candle and the scent is Autumn Apple Magic which smells like fresh apples.  I'm not sure if this is still available since it was limited edition, but I've had it for awhile and I want to finally finish it.  I love the smell though!  I always burn it when I take a bath.

Those are all the home fragrances I chose for the month of February :)  What candles are you using right now?  Let me know down below!

I hope you enjoyed!  Feel free to follow my site for future posts.  As always, thanks for stopping by :)  Have a great day and talk with you soon!

Lots of Love,

Richelle
